The IL-103 is a small yet stylish aircraft featuring a spacious cabin with excellent peripheral vision. The aircraft is designed for primary training, aerobatic flights, VFR flights, category II local flights and air patrolling. It is all metal low wing monoplane with non- retractable tricycle landing gear. The IL-103 is easy to control and it can carry four persons (including pilot) plus some cargo. The aircraft is certified both in Russia (type certificate No. 89-103) and in USA (type certificate No.A45CE). It is equipped with Teledyne Continental IO-360-ES engine with Hartzell propeller.
